RYSE Construction was established in 2020 with the intent to fill a void in Western North Carolina by seeking to create a qualified healthcare and industrial centric commercial construction management company that is developed, managed, and staffed solely in and focused on Western North Carolina. RYSE Construction is an Unlimited Licensed General Contractor with capabilities to handle multi-million dollar projects while remaining true to our goal of focusing on our clients every step of the way.
Key Milestones
During our first few years of operations, we’ve completed over 1,000,000 square feet of project space. We look forward to continued growth as we dive into more projects and showcase the RYSE difference in commercial construction.

At RYSE Construction, we have a qualified team of professionals on board, along with the resources required to handle projects from a variety of industries. We’ve found our “sweet spot” of projects range from $100,000 - $20 million+, however, we are happy to discuss any project, regardless of size or budget, to see how we can make a great fit!

OUR FOCUS ON MAINTAINING A SAFE WORK ENVIRONMENT
The RYSE Team understands the integral role safety plays in our industry. Our members understand that WE are responsible to monitor the safety of every customer, community, or subcontractor individual that arrives on a RYSE Site. This is stressed in our weekly Onsite Coordination Meetings, weekly OAC Meetings & weekly RYSE Internal Meetings. With encouragement for all RYSE members to be OSHA (10 or 30) and CICTI (Construction Infection Control Training Institute) certified, our team is constantly increasing their safety knowledge; with consistent Inspections conducted with our internal Jobsite Safety Checklist and coordination with our Builders Mutual Safety Audit partner, our team is constantly increasing their safety focus. With our transparent and communicative company culture, ego is left at the door, but safety is not.

OUR PROJECT TEAM
From administrative support to onsite coordination and project management, the project team at RYSE Construction ensures all trades are managed and all problems are solved quickly and efficiently. It is our goal that our clients can reach out to their contact on the project team any time of the day to immediately address anything that may arise. Our support team also assists in the coordination efforts between subcontractors and relays consistent communications to the onsite occupied team.
