PROJECT SCOPE – Teaming up with NC Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services & Novus Architects, this project was a NC State Construction Office managed full scale renovation to the 1980’s Lake Julia Offices. Located deep within the Dupont State Recreational Forest, on the banks of Lake Julia, this building now houses the Dupont Forest Service and Staff.
The 5,000sf space now consists of 7 Offices, Conference Room, Group Work Room, Kitchen, Utility Room, Shower/Laundry Room, Storage Space, IT Room and Lobby. With full refresh on the exterior and structural upgrades, new Gas Furnace HVAC System, Plumbing fixture replacements, LED Lighting and Manual Transfer Switch System on the interior, this project will be ready for occupancy for another forty plus years!
