LOCATION – Arden, NC
PROJECT SCOPE – This project consisted of an addition to the existing EmergeOrtho facility located off Hendersonville Road in Arden, NC. RYSE Construction provided sitework services that included site demo, grading, stormwater, fine grading and landscaping. RYSE Construction provided the structural concrete foundation and pad that supports the MRI modular and also installed a connector addition to the existing building. This connector was comprised of wood framed walls with a brick/EIFS/storefront façade to match the existing facility. The interior finishes included Luxury Vinyl flooring with stainless steel handrails and a quartz accent island. RYSE Construction completed this project on time and on budget!
