LOCATION – Asheville, NC
PROJECT SCOPE – Located at 40 Coxe Ave. in downtown Asheville, this project is a 9,690sqft office renovation project. The renovation included demo of existing offices, cubicles, electrical and HVAC. RYSE added new conference rooms, laboratory, drug screen facility and cubicles; as well as, new HVAC layout, VAV controllers, and new ceiling grid/lighting. This was a multi-phased project that had to be completed in an occupied space, but project completion was still accomplished in a 6 month timeframe. This side of the HHS building is the historic Sears Roebuck store built in 1948 that is now attached to the newer 7 story “main facility.” This project was special to be a part of as it is a historic building that has been remodeled many times over the years.
