LOCATION – Fletcher, NC
PROJECT SCOPE – This is a Demising and Tenant Separation project in the 357,000sf Continental building in Fletcher. We built separation walls to split the space into 6+ Tenant Spaces.
We also added a 450-foot-long fire-rated corridor for life safety that was needed for each Tenant space.
The best part of a project like this is that we got to turn vacant space into usable space for new businesses to grow the local job market!
