PROJECT SCOPE – Ground-Up 4,800SF Dental Oral Surgery Clinic located in the busy Southridge Shopping Center of Arden, NC. This project was permitted through the City of Asheville and in partnership with George Armour Ewart, Architect and TH&P Civil Engineering. The structure will house the future Southern Dental Implants & Oral Surgery project, which will consist of a Waiting Room, Break Room, (3) Consult Rooms, (3) Exam Rooms, (3) Treatment/Surgery Rooms, Clean & Dirty Sterile Processing Department, Utility Space, and Office/Nurse Stations.
