Project Scope - PROJECT SCOPE – RYSE Construction transformed a single commercial space into two distinct suites. We began by demolishing existing tile flooring to prepare the area.

A key part of this renovation involved framing and building a fire-rated wall, strategically dividing the space to create separate operational areas. This crucial addition ensures both safety and privacy for the new suites.

We also constructed a dedicated back-of-house area for optimized workflow and storage, and added a brand-new, fully compliant bathroom. This project highlights our ability to deliver tailored commercial renovations that maximize space utility and meet specific client needs.
