PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The work consists of a new 11,000SF PEMB for the Facilities Department at Blue Ridge Community College. The proposed site is wooded and will require a decent about of grading and sitework infrastructure. The building portion includes a small office upfit and storage area for equipment and materials.
