Chuck Sexton

Superintendent

Chuck began his career at UNC Asheville in the carpentry shop. Six years later, he seized an opportunity in Chesapeake, Virginia, with a large commercial construction company as a superintendent. During this time, he also advanced his education by completing courses in blueprint reading, budgeting, project management, and estimating through the American Builders and Contractors. Chuck went on to work as a superintendent for 15 years, with the last seven specializing in government contracts for various branches of the armed forces, NASA Langley, and the FAA.

In 1999, he launched his own business, focusing on home renovations and building houses. Over the past eight years, he has worked as a subcontractor in divisions 8 and 10, collaborating with several local general contractors. Recently, Chuck decided to join the RYSE team. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kim, attending church, gardening, and carving marble.
