From laying foundations to final inspections, he leads with integrity, organization, and a strong sense of purpose. His leadership style is grounded in clear communication, budget awareness, and building strong, motivated teams that take pride in their work.

Before stepping into construction, Grant managed operations at several car dealerships—a role that sharpened his skills in team leadership, customer service, and financial management. That chapter taught him how to thrive in fast-paced environments, juggle complex logistics, and create lasting relationships—all of which laid a strong foundation for his transition into construction.

Grant’s move into the construction world wasn’t part of a long-term plan—it was a leap of faith. He truly believes the Lord opened the door, and what started as a career shift soon became a calling. For Grant, construction is more than a job—it’s a passion. He’s inspired by the opportunity to build something tangible, work alongside skilled crews, and see a vision come to life from the ground up.

When he's not on-site, Grant can often be found riding dirt bikes, hiking with family, coaching youth soccer, or diving into a new car project. He’s also an active member of his church, where he continues to grow in his faith and give back to his community.
