A Western North Carolina native, Lucas brings energy, clear communication, and a collaborative spirit to the preconstruction team. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and is a proud husband and father of two, grounded by family and the community of WNC. Lucas is passionate about building strong relationships and helping projects launch with confidence. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, hiking, and spending time with his family exploring the rivers and trails of the mountains of WNC.
