Wes, a recent graduate of A.C. Reynolds High School, joining the RYSE Construction team in June 2025. Even before completing high school, Wes demonstrated a strong commitment to the trades by gaining hands-on experience across various residential and commercial job sites. His early exposure to framing, site preparation, and general labor has provided him with a solid foundation in construction practices.

Known for his reliability and strong work ethic, Wes approaches each project with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. His positive attitude and team-oriented mindset make him a valuable addition to any job site. Outside of work, Wes enjoys fishing, spending time outdoors, and playing golf—activities that reflect his appreciation for nature and balance.
