LOCATION – Arden, NC
PROJECT SCOPE – What began as a strategic expansion has evolved into a comprehensive, three-phase partnership with Arcadia Beverage in Arden, NC. Our work started with a 3,319 sq. ft. Pre-engineered Metal Building (PEMB) addition designed to house new brewing and bottling systems. This phase required concrete fire separation walls and precise MEP coordination to prepare for specialized equipment installation.
Following the successful completion of the addition, RYSE was awarded the second phase: a 1,837 sq. ft. interior Tea Extraction Room upfit. This involved installing new interior walls, ceiling MEP, and fire suppression systems. Our performance on these initial projects led to the current third stage, managing the installation of a new fire suppression and monitoring system for the entire 109,178 sq. ft. facility. This project highlights our ability to manage complex utility coordination while ensuring zero downtime for the client’s production.
