RYSE Construction managed the ground-up construction and structural steel erection of a new, fully enclosed service lane for Bryan Easler Toyota. This specialized automotive commercial construction project was strategically designed to optimize dealership service flow, expand operational capacity, and significantly enhance the client check-in and vehicle retrieval experience.

High-Capacity Enclosed Structure: Constructed a ground-up facility capable of accommodating 6 to 8 vehicles simultaneously, allowing for seamless indoor customer check-in shielded from outdoor elements.
Climate & Ventilation Systems: Installed two heavy-duty commercial fans and two radiant gas heaters to maintain optimal working and staging temperatures year-round.
Flexible Operational Design: Engineered a dual-sided enclosure system that allows staff to close one side of the lane during inclement weather, providing a protected indoor environment for customer vehicle pickups.
Modern Wayfinding: Integrated advanced LED directional signage to streamline traffic flow and improve on-site navigation for incoming service clients.
