LOCATION – Waynesville, NC
PROJECT SCOPE – This project involved the ground-up construction of a 900 sq. ft. masonry concession and restroom facility designed to withstand the high-traffic demands of the county baseball fields. The scope of work included comprehensive site grading and the extension of water and septic utility infrastructure. Built with durability and efficiency in mind, this facility provides a professional-grade space for food service and essential amenities, supporting the long-term growth of Haywood County’s athletic programs.
