PROJECT SCOPE – Big Air Trampoline Park is a premier indoor entertainment center. To bring this project to life, the RYSE Construction team is renovating an existing structure to create a safe, dynamic, and fun-filled environment.
Core Construction Scope
Comprehensive MEP Overhaul: Our team is performing a complete gut of the existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The project includes the installation of all-new electrical, lighting, mechanical ductwork, and plumbing to support the facility's extensive operational needs.
Structural and Code Compliance: We are performing a thorough assessment to ensure the building meets all local zoning laws and commercial building codes, with a special focus on fire safety, accessibility, and structural integrity.
High-Ceiling Requirements: To accommodate the park’s many high-flying attractions, we are ensuring the existing structure can safely support the high ceiling requirements, which are essential for the functionality and safety of the trampolines and other equipment.
Design & Layout Features
Our work includes a specialized layout designed for optimal flow, safety, and fun. The park features designated areas for a variety of attractions:
Free jump zones
Foam pits
Dodgeball courts
Basketball slam dunk areas
Obstacle courses
Throughout the space, we are strategically incorporating padded safety zones with clear sightlines for staff supervision to ensure a secure environment for all guests.
