PROJECT SCOPE – At Bethel Middle School, RYSE managed the ground-up construction of a 3,500 sq. ft. multi-purpose facility. This extensive build includes a dedicated concession area, a specialized mechanical room, and two large-scale restroom facilities designed for high-capacity use. The project required precise coordination for utility extensions and site preparation, resulting in a robust, modern structure that meets the specific athletic and operational needs of the school district.
This project also involved the ground-up construction of a 900 sq. ft. masonry concession and restroom facility designed to withstand the high-traffic demands of the county baseball fields. The scope of work included comprehensive site grading and the extension of water and septic utility infrastructure. Built with durability and efficiency in mind, this facility provides a professional-grade space for food service and essential amenities, supporting the long-term growth of Haywood County’s athletic programs.
