LOCATION – Candler, NC
PROJECT SCOPE – This project includes the addition of a pre-engineered metal building steel structure with a 6" slab on grade. Sitework includes adding to the existing stormwater system and installing new hardscaping per the City of Asheville and NCDOT requirements.
The design-build delivery method allowed RYSE to handle everything turnkey. After a few brief site walks to determine the owner's wants and needs, RYSE took immediate action and promptly completed all design, permitting, and logistical planning to keep operations going during construction.
RYSE broke ground at the beginning of November 2024 and completed this project in mid-2025.
