PROJECT SCOPE – This 4,500 SF project is a major tenant improvement to convert an existing office suite into a modern, Class-A oral surgery clinic. This is complex work that requires special attention to detail. Our scope includes:
Full interior demolition and new framing.
Complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) upgrades.
Installation of specialized dental and medical gas systems.
The completed facility features state-of-the-art surgical treatment rooms, an X-ray room, business offices, and a staff break room.
