LOCATION – Spruce Pine, NC
PROJECT SCOPE – RYSE Construction teamed up with the non-profit, AMY Wellness Foundation, on this design-build 8,000sf renovation of a historic 1950s building located in downtown Spruce Pine. The building consists of (9) Workforce Housing Apartments, a Laundry Room, and 800 square feet of Retail Space. This project will aid in meeting the housing needs and support the growth of Mitchell County.
As the Executive Director, I was impressed by RYSE Construction's professionalism, expertise, and commitment to our vision.
