PROJECT SCOPE – The Emerge Ortho Brevard project was a 3500 square foot medical upfit, our scope of work included framing, drywall, new flooring and casework, demo / reworking MEP, new MEP and the addition of an x-ray room in the space. Coordination between the equipment vendor and our MEP trades was vital in the success of this project which was completed 2 weeks ahead of the original project schedule.
We have used Ethan and his team at RYSE Construction for several different projects. They are incredible to work with. From the most complex project coordination to the simplest of tasks, the RYSE team has gone above and beyond for each project to ensure we are happy with the final product. They have made the construction experience as easy as possible for us. I cannot recommend them enough for your project.
