PROJECT SCOPE – Remodel of occupied Family Health Center Lab to accommodate State-of-the-Art COVID-19 Testing Equipment and Waiting Reno/Workspace Expansion. Coordinating around Lab Operation hours, the renovation was completed to accommodate new equipment and provide additional Lab Workspaces and Blood Draw areas.
In the MAHEC Simulation Center, this project consisted of converting a shell storage space to Wet Lab for the Simulation Center. Complete with Movex Snorkel Extractor system and (2) Explosion Proof Freezer/Refrigerators, this space consisted of full Fire Rating upgrade and creation of separate electrical room for power separation. Space location was directly behind the Simulation Center Reception Area, so the RYSE team had to consistently coordinate with MAHEC staff to ensure no impact was made to the Simulation Center logistics.
RYSE Construction has had several large projects for the Mountain Area Health Education Center(MAHEC). Each project was on time, at or under budget even during a pandemic and a national challenge with the supply chain. They went out of their way to find workarounds for us when materials were unavailable.
