Eric Garbarino
Superintendent
Eric grew up in the Boston area and became a union carpenter straight out of high school, spending 10 years in the trade where he developed a strong work ethic and a deep respect for quality craftsmanship. In 2004, he moved to the Raleigh area with his wife and their two young children, seeking new opportunities and long-term growth. After several successful years of self-employed residential work, Eric joined a local commercial general contractor, where he played a key role on projects specializing in healthcare, commercial, institutional, and educational construction. More recently, he relocated to western North Carolina to be closer to family and to continue building strong professional and personal roots in the region.
With over 30 years of hands-on, detail-oriented experience in the construction industry, Eric brings a broad and well-rounded skill set to every project, along with a reputation for reliability, precision, and teamwork. He takes pride in seeing projects through from start to finish and in delivering results that meet high standards of safety and quality. Outside of work, Eric enjoys staying active and hands-on, spending his free time hiking, fishing, riding motorcycles, and working in his shop, where he continues to put his skills and creativity to use.
