Dustin Waldrop brings a solid foundation in leadership, accountability, and hands-on construction expertise. He proudly served a decade in the United States Air Force, holding a variety of leadership and management roles in which he was responsible for hundreds of troops and billions in assets while consistently applying servant leadership principles in his military career. Born and raised in Candler, North Carolina, he brings both local roots and professional experience to every project. He is a qualified general contractor with experience across multiple trades, allowing him to effectively coordinate teams, maintain quality standards, and deliver projects safely and efficiently. His professional background is supported by multiple OSHA certifications, process improvement credentials, leadership training, and multiple degrees, including Construction Management.

At the core of his leadership philosophy are the tenets that “people don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care” and “with no test, there is no testimony.” He strives to lead with integrity, clear communication, and respect for every individual on the project. Outside of work, he is deeply committed to his faith in Jesus Christ and to his growing family, which shapes his values and work ethic. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing, activities that reflect his appreciation for discipline, patience, and resiliency.
