Project Engineer

Trent, a native from Western North Carolina, is set to graduate with a degree in Engineering Technology from Western Carolina University. In the summer of 2024, he had the opportunity to intern with RYSE, where he quickly felt at home within the team. Throughout his internship, Trent immersed himself in the experience, eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the team’s success each day. He values the strong sense of camaraderie and work ethic at RYSE, where the culture emphasizes putting God first, fostering a sense of purpose, and allowing everything else to fall into place.

Trent is passionate about being part of a team that supports one another and aligns with his personal values of integrity and growth. Outside of his professional life, he is an avid outdoorsman. Whether it's playing a round of golf, shooting hoops on the basketball court, or spending time in nature hunting and fishing, Trent loves staying active and enjoying the great outdoors. His connection to nature and his dedication to maintaining a balanced lifestyle are key to his personal fulfillment.
