Hayden Kaizen

Superintendent

Hayden was raised in the scenic mountains of Western Pennsylvania before moving to North Carolina in 2017. In Boone, NC, he worked with a local missions organization, dedicating his time to supporting individuals recovering from addiction. Through his involvement in jiu-jitsu, Hayden formed a strong bond with a mentor who works as a general superintendent for a construction company. This mentor encouraged him to consider a career in the construction industry.

Today, Hayden is passionate about building meaningful connections on job sites and ensuring every project is delivered with exceptional safety and quality. When he’s not at work, you’ll likely find him at church or on the jiu-jitsu mats, guiding others toward achieving their goals.
