PROJECT SCOPE – Originally a real estate office, this project involves the comprehensive transformation of an existing building into one of Lake Lure’s first dental practices. While the project was delayed due to the impacts of Helene in the region, RYSE is proud to resume construction as access and residents return to the area. Because the building required extensive restoration due to age and prior water damage, our scope includes critical exterior updates, such as a new roof and a revitalized main entrance.

As there are limited dental practices in this region, both the client and the general public are looking forward to the completion of this essential healthcare facility.
